Responsibilities
- Communicate closely with Head Quarters, as an advisor on local UK business;
- Participate in IFPR capital work including the monthly calculation that comply with IFPR requirements;
- Daily trading PnL calculation and journal booking;
- Daily control account reconciliation;
- Monthly management account preparation;
- Assist monthly and annual corporation tax and VAT calculation, returns; preparation and communication with local tax authority;
- Assistance of annual financial accounts preparation;
- Communicate with other divisions locally and at HK HO, assist local business development;
- Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your supervisors.
Skills & Experience
- With at least 10 years of experience in accounting;
- Excellent knowledge on Excel and Accounting software - Sage;
- Sufficient IFRS knowledge to assist financial statements preparation;
- Able to assist implementation of new IFPR;
- Able to assist various local tax filing preparation, and communicate with local tax authority;
- An excellent team player and be able to communicate at different levels;
- Can read and write English and Chinese;
- With an accounting qualification.
