Responsibilities

  • Communicate closely with Head Quarters, as an advisor on local UK business;
  • Participate in IFPR capital work including the monthly calculation that comply with IFPR requirements;
  • Daily trading PnL calculation and journal booking;
  • Daily control account reconciliation;
  • Monthly management account preparation;
  • Assist monthly and annual corporation tax and VAT calculation, returns; preparation and communication with local tax authority;
  • Assistance of annual financial accounts preparation;
  • Communicate with other divisions locally and at HK HO, assist local business development;
  • Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your supervisors.

Skills & Experience

  • With at least 10 years of experience in accounting;
  • Excellent knowledge on Excel and Accounting software - Sage;
  • Sufficient IFRS knowledge to assist financial statements preparation;
  • Able to assist implementation of new IFPR;
  • Able to assist various local tax filing preparation, and communicate with local tax authority;
  • An excellent team player and be able to communicate at different levels;
  • Can read and write English and Chinese;
  • With an accounting qualification.
