Follow and promote safe work practices. Report all hazards, unsafe acts, and conditions immediately to your manager. Maintain good housekeeping practices and always follow health and safety protocols. Wear proper PPE as required.
Ability to work in a very physically active role. Have pride in their work and a desire to get it right the first time. Provide ad hoc support to the factory teams when required. Participate and submit new and improved work methods in alignment with the Suggested Method Improvement program. Complete other duties as assigned.
Strong decision-making skills. Train other members of staff when required.
