Bobcat EMEA is seeking a Senior Customer Service Rep Aftermarket to support a European distributor network. The role focuses on the first point of contact for dealers, order management, pricing approvals, and proactive order handling to ensure timely deliveries.

You will liaise with Supply Chain, Sales and Product Line teams to improve order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Fluent English plus Italian and French is required, with additional European languages a plus and occasional travel.
