We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member/Front of house staff to join our hardworking and friendly team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in food preparation, food safety, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, as well as serving customers and taking orders. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop teamwork skills within a fast-paced and friendly setting, contributing to delivering high-quality food service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Serve food to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • A passion for food and customer service excellence.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends.
