This is an important role to support the Academy Operations Manager across the Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main support for the Primary Principal including diary management and business support.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Secondary, dealing with confidential and sensitive issues, including coordination and note‑taking of confidential meetings.
- Undertake analysis and interpret data as requested by the Primary Principal / Academy Operations Manager.
- Support the Primary Principal / Leadership Team to coordinate events including Open / Parent Evenings etc.
- Support the wider staff team as appropriate.
- Type letters, reports, records as requested and prepare files for meetings.
- Undertake general administration duties such as printing, scanning and filing.
- Provide front‑of‑house service as directed by the Academy Operations Manager.
- Safeguard the integrity of all Academy and Trust data.
This is a permanent full time role working 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum.

Qualifications
- GCSE/NVQ level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office and able to produce, create and edit documents using Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Experience of working in a school and administration team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across a range of challenging issues and people including parents/carers, scholars, staff and members of the wider community.
