You will work under the direction of the Assistant Principalof Inclusion to complement teachers' delivery of the national curriculum andcontribute to the development of other support staff, scholars, school policiesand strategies. This will include undertaking specified timetabledteaching, working collaboratively with teaching staff throughout the planningcycle, and the management and preparation of resources. This role providessupport for scholars, teachers and the school in order to raise standardsofachievement for all scholars, especially those with SEND, by utilising advancedlevels of knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring,assessing and managing classes, and helping pupils to become independentlearners, to provide support for their welfare, and to support the inclusion ofscholars in all aspects of school life.
This permanent role will be 37 hours a week, 39 weeks(including 5 INSET days)

Bobby Moore Academy is an all through school, providing aworld-class education for the children of east London. A school characterisedby ambition and drive it is transformational in its impact on their lifechances and we all as a community stand firm in our belief.
We are situated across two iconic sites on the QueenElizabeth Olympic Park, and our Secondary phase is now heavily oversubscribed.We are building partnerships with the new East Bank development, including theBBC, UCL, V&A East which is bringing incredible opportunities to the youngpeople of East London.
