About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and experienced General Manager to join our team at Bobby's, as the current GM moves on to open our new venue.

You will work closely with your Head Chef and the Central Team to deliver a healthy business, and to nurture and develop the venue team.

As GM you will take ownership of your role and business while working collaboratively with your team to deliver the best possible experience for your guests.
