Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Paid Media Manager at Bobble Digital LTD. The role is located in Leeds but allows for some work from home. The Senior Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of paid media specialists to create, implement and manage effective campaigns for a range of local, national and international clients. You will be responsible for client retention as well as growth, reporting, analysing and interpreting data and presenting new strategies to your clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• 3 – 5 years experience of paid media
• People management and leadership experience
• Experience with project management tools
• Media Planning and Media Strategy skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and optimise paid media campaigns
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Remuneration

• Full Time – 37.5 hours Monday – Friday (Part Time will be considered)
• Performance related bonuses
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
• 3 paid days off at Christmas and New Year
• 1 paid day off for your birthday, to be taken during your birthday month
• Additional holiday per year of service
• Private medical (after 3 months probation is passed)
• Flexible working – 3 days office, 2 days at home
