We’re looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Executive to take ownership of paid media delivery across the agency and play a key role in driving performance for our clients and really hit the ground running. This is a senior, hands-on role within a small agency environment. You won’t be managing from a distance; you’ll be deeply involved in strategy, execution, optimisation and analysis, while also leading standards, mentoring the team and influencing how we deliver paid media as a service. You’ll work closely with the Paid Media Manager, acting as a trusted performance partner for clients and helping shape the future growth of the paid media offering.
Responsibilities:
- Owning paid media strategy and delivery across a portfolio of clients.
- Building and managing high-performing campaigns across PPC, paid search, shopping, display, YouTube and paid social.
- Ensuring all activity is performance led, data-driven and aligned to clear commercial objectives.
- Actively optimising campaigns to improve efficiency, scale and ROI.
- Leading testing strategies, experimentation and adoption of new features, betas and platforms.
Client Leadership & Accountability:
- Acting as the senior point of contact for key client accounts.
- Ensure briefs are clear, accurate and aligned with the client objectives.
- Leading performance reviews, strategy discussions and roadmap planning.
- Translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insight.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve results and grow client accounts.
- Taking full ownership of results, client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in paid media in an agency role.
- Proven experience owning paid media performance for multiple clients.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Hands on experience across paid search, shopping and paid social.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a fast moving environment.
- Commercial experience to be able to support client growth.
- Experience managing or mentoring juniors.
- Knowledge of SEO is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of CRM tools desirable, but not essential.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads (search, display, shopping and YouTube), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns Manager.
