We’re looking for a hands‑on General Manager with proven experience running a high-volume carvery, who can lead from the front, maintain consistency in food quality, and build a strong, motivated team. There’s clear opportunity here to grow sales further through events, local engagement, and a well‑planned trading calendar. Management accommodation is available; situated on the first floor above the pub with 3 bedrooms in the main accommodation, kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is also a 1 bedroom flat with a kitchen/living area, bedroom and bathroom.
