Two Things you are here to do:
- Grow Bob’s social media following to 100k by December 2026.
- Grow monthly organic revenue share from 10% to 30%.

Experience Required:
- 2-4 years experience in a content creation, creative or performance marketing role.
- You have experience in fast moving brands or startups making things happen.
- Obsessively organised and completely self-directed, no one's going to manage your to-do list.
- In front of the camera and behind it - ability to create moments, film it, edit it, cut it, post it. Rinse & Repeat. 80% and quick is better than 100% perfect and takes forever.
- Deeply online - knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and how to tailor content for each.
- Event Awareness – tuned into internet culture, audience behaviour, and creator trends.
- Someone who's done this in a fast-moving brand or startup and has the results to show for it.
Key Role:
- Create Bob's organic presence everywhere Bob needs to be - physically, virtually, through events, partnerships, and customers. Bring real-world moments back online every second of the day through relentless content, sharp partnerships, and guerrilla marketing that makes people stop and take notice.
- Own all internal content and campaigns across every social channel - maintaining consistency, tone, and timeliness every single day without exception.
- Write platform-native copy across every format - captions, hooks, threads, titles - that sounds unmistakably Bob and stops the scroll.
- Execute partnerships end to end - outbound and inbound, sponsorships, ambassadors, and collaborations - from first conversation to live content.
- Collaborate with creators, videographers, and the founding team to turn real moments, ideas, and product into publish-ready content.
- Manage a dynamic content schedule that balances planned campaigns, reactive moments, and trend-led content - knowing instinctively when to follow a format and when to break it.
- Monitor performance across every platform, apply what the data is telling you, and iterate fast.
- Ensure Bob shows up consistently and at an uncompromising standard across every single social touchpoint.
