We’re looking for a driven and relationship‑focused Sales Associate, Global Agency, to support the growth of Bob W’s agency and entertainment segment across our portfolio. Working closely with the Key Account Director, Agency & Entertainment, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and delivering exceptional experiences for both bookers and guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about sales, service, and results.
Position: 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservation enquiries from Agency partners, meet SLAs, and turn interest into confirmed bookings.
- Support the Key Account Director in hitting quarterly budget targets and identifying industry trends that give us a competitive edge.
- Assist in the strategic onboarding of new agency partners, ensuring they are perfectly aligned with Bob W’s growth mission.
- Help organise and execute client FAM trips and presentations to boost brand awareness and foster long‑term loyalty.
- Collaborate on building best‑in‑class sales processes that ensure both bookers and guests receive a 5‑star experience.
- Utilise CRM tools to track progress, manage relationships, and turn market analysis into actionable sales results.
5‑Star Candidate
- Has at least 1 year of experience in reservations or B2B hospitality sales.
- Has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Is highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Builds strong client relationships with excellent communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and manages multiple priorities confidently.
- Takes initiative with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
- Has experience onboarding and managing client accounts.
- Understands hospitality corporate and agency sales channels.
- Is comfortable using CRM systems; experience using Pipedrive is a plus.
