We are looking for someone who brings positive energy and a can-do attitude to every task, whether working independently or as part of a team. As a Hospitality Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our brand-new Belfast property, leading both internal and external teams, ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining top-quality standards, and driving operational growth through effective decision-making and cost efficiency. Your strong time management skills, confidence in decision-making and experience in the hospitality industry will set you up for success in this role.
This is a flexibly scheduled 7-day cover role with two days off per week. Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, though shifts may rotate based on business needs. The role is primarily hands-on, with most time spent on-site, while some administrative work is also required and must be appropriately managed. Please note that visa sponsorship or relocation support is not offered for this role.
