The Role: As a Performance Marketing Manager at Bob W, you'll own and scale our global performance marketing engine. This is a high-impact role where strategy meets execution: you'll drive growth across key paid channels, turn complex data into clear decisions, and position performance marketing as a core growth driver for the business. With strong autonomy and senior-level ownership, you'll shape how Bob W acquires demand, allocates budget, and measures success across markets.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead performance marketing end-to-end, connecting data, strategy, and execution to meaningfully shape the future of Bob W.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and search channels.
- Own paid media performance end-to-end, managing budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
- Use analytics tools (Excel, GA4, Optimyzr, and others) to track performance, revenue, and attribution.
- Turn data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Adapt strategies to different markets, audiences, and demand patterns.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives with a high level of independence and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Revenue, Distribution, B2B Sales, and Product & Engineering teams.
- Build and evolve performance marketing roadmaps that support longâterm growth.
- Continuously test, learn, and improve based on market and industry trends.
