As our E-Commerce Manager, you’ll own and scale our direct digital channels—from the Bob W website to lifecycle marketing across email and messaging. You’ll play a key role in driving high-intent traffic, optimising conversion rates, and building stronger guest relationships through data‑led, insight‑driven initiatives.

Partnering closely with our Performance Marketing team, you will maximise the impact of paid activity by strengthening organic acquisition, enhancing onsite conversion, and driving repeat engagement. Your ultimate goal is to increase efficiency and reduce reliance on paid channels over time.

We’re seeking someone with a deep understanding of modern SEO and an eye on emerging AIO (AI Optimisation) trends. You should be able to connect the dots across the full e‑commerce funnel and translate opportunities into impactful, revenue‑driving initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced e‑commerce professional excited to take on broad ownership within a fast‑growing hospitality brand. You are proactive by nature, comfortable identifying opportunities, setting direction, and driving projects forward with a clear vision of what a best‑in‑class digital experience looks like.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and deliver the SEO/AIO strategy to drive high-intent organic traffic growth across key global markets.
  • Lead CRO initiatives across the website and booking funnel by identifying opportunities, prioritising tests, and driving continuous optimisation.
  • Own the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, including newsletters and automated guest journeys across email and WhatsApp.
  • Oversee CDP (Customer Data Platform) development, ensuring effective audience segmentation, targeting, and deep personalisation.
  • Define and guide the web content strategy, ensuring onsite content supports both discovery (SEO) and conversion.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless improvements to the website and the end‑to‑end customer journey.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities, inform strategic decision‑making, and measure performance across all channels.
  • Own performance reporting and insight generation, delivering regular updates and proactive ad‑hoc analysis with a deep understanding of site performance and key metrics.
  • Manage and prioritise a roadmap of initiatives across multiple workstreams, effectively balancing business impact with resource constraints.

Our 5-star candidate has:

  • Strong experience in SEO, with an understanding of emerging AI‑driven optimisation (AIO) approaches.
  • Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush (or equivalent) for keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Hands‑on experience with CDP/CRM platforms to deliver effective segmentation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • A solid understanding of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics 4 or similar) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience with localisation, specifically adapting content and user journeys for multiple international markets.
  • Full fluency in English (written and spoken) to effectively collaborate within our diverse, global team.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Segment or similar CDP tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience running A/B testing programmes and using experimentation tools.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and content publishing workflows.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, scaling digital business (hospitality or travel a plus).
  • Comfort with tagging and tracking implementation, including tools such as Google Tag Manager.

We offer:

  • Employee stock option plan
  • Unlimited holiday policy
  • Free nights and generous discounts at Bob W locations
  • Voluntary health insurance
  • Access to the Oliva mental well‑being platform
  • Sports compensation
  • Development and growth opportunities, including a discretionary L&D budget
  • Regular team events
  • A smart, highly motivated team in a multicultural, diverse, and rewarding work environment
