Coleraine-based café Bob and Berts is seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to lead from the front, coach colleagues, maintain service standards and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and opportunities to grow.
The position requires 1–2 years' supervisory experience in fast-paced cafés or retail, barista skills, strong leadership, flexible hours including weekends and early mornings, plus cash handling and POS experience.
