We're hiring a Supervisor for Portrush store, with full-time/part-time/Seasonal positions available. Weekend availability is a must.

You'll be part of a fun, fast-paced team in a lively atmosphere where every day is different and exciting. Candidates must exceed the age of 18 years old for this job role due to the mature nature of some duties.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a dynamic team of staff with enthusiasm and energy
  • Jumping in to help on the counter whenever needed
  • Handling the till, cashing up at the end of the day, and making sure the banking is all sorted
  • Running the show when the manager isn't around
  • Keeping things clean, organised, and up to high standards
  • Training staff to be their best, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile
  • Opening and closing the store with ease and confidence
  • Managing stock and placing orders to keep us running smoothly

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality (preferred, but not required)
  • Someone who's tidy, disciplined, and always leads by example
  • A self-starter who can work both independently and as part of the team
  • A fun, positive attitude that motivates others to work hard and enjoy what they do
  • Commitment to maintaining Bob & Berts' brand standards at all times
  • An eagerness to grow within the company and learn new things
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
