Join the Bob & Berts Family as a Head Chef! We’re always on the lookout for new members to add to our vibrant Bob & Berts family. If you’ve got a passion for great food and coffee and delivering top-notch customer service, we want YOU! We’re hiring a Head Chef for our Lancaster store, with full-time positions available. While experience is a bonus, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed! You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team in a lively atmosphere where every day is different and exciting.

Candidates must exceed the age of 18 years old for this job role due to the mature nature of some duties.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting food to the Bob and Berts standard
  • Ensure that food is served promptly in accordance with company procedures
  • Monitoring food production ensuring consistency in quality and portion size
  • Monitoring stock control
  • Work independently or as part of a team when required
  • Communicate with other members of staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Follow relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines
  • Carrying out and recording necessary checks and cleaning
