We are looking for experienced, customer focused Waiting Staff to join our busy waterside restaurant and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service to our customers.
Your responsibilities as a Waiting Staff:
- Serving our guests with the highest level of customer service.
- Being responsible for the running of your own section; taking orders, building rapport, dealing with queries.
- Using our POS system to enter food and beverage orders.
- Keeping stations always topped up with napkins, cutlery, side plates etc.
- Assisting your colleagues in running food and beverages.
- Working well under pressure in busy periods.
- Keeping the restaurant clean and adhering to hygiene regulations.
- Understanding of allergies and intolerances.
- Understanding of our menu and having the ability to upsell.
What we are looking for:
- Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evening, nights, weekends and public holidays.
