We are looking for experienced, customer focused Supervisor to join our busy waterside restaurant and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and confident to support the management team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Your responsibilities as a Supervisor:
- Overseeing shifts and supporting the front of house team.
- Delivering excellent Customer service to our customers.
- Assisting with training, stock control and team development.
- Maintaining high operational standards.
- Assisting your colleagues in running food and beverages.
- Working well under pressure in busy periods.
- Understanding allergies and intolerances.
- Understanding of our menu and having the ability to upsell.
What we are looking for:
- Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evening, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality (1 year required).
