Role:Chef de Partie
Pay: £13 per hour+ tronc

Location:The Boathouse, 9 Quay Road, Christchurch BH23 1BU
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy waterside restaurant and great Kitchen Team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and working well in a fast paced environment.
Your responsibilities as a Chef de Partie:
- Preparing specific food items at your station.
- Following direction provided by Head and Senior Sous Chef.
- Always ensuring high quality food services.
- Keeping your area of the Kitchen safe and sanitary.
- Assisting other areas of the Kitchen when required.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience or working in a similar role.
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communications skills.
- Knowledge of best practise for safety and sanitation.
- Passion for delivering great food services
- Multitasking and organisational skills.
- Working well in a fast paced environment
