We are looking for experienced, customer focused Bar Staff to join our busy waterside restaurant and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service to our customers.
Your job role will include:
- Working well under pressure to serve customers at a fast, efficient pace.
- Providing a friendly and positive guest experience.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers.
- Serving customers at the bar, entering drinks on to the till system and cash handling.
- Preparing ticketed drinks for our guests in the restaurant.
- Using the coffee machine - Barista style.
- Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.
- Constant upkeep and cleanliness of the bar.
- Stock up.
- Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.

What we are looking for:
