We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our busy waterside restaurant and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, bar and dining areas.

Your responsibilities as a Barista:

  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food production, and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
  • Assist the General Manager and senior team member by managing daily operations.
  • Support inventory management and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including bartending when necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting with at least 1 year of experience in supervising, restaurant management, hospitality, customer service, and overall management; bar management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and support staff effectively.
  • Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, and bar operations.
  • Excellent organisational and operational management skills to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
