The Boathouse Youth is looking for a proactive Programme Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver a portfolio of youth programmes. Working under the Head of Programmes, you will translate the framework and standards into safe, engaging experiences for young people, ensuring activities are well organised, properly staffed and delivered within budget.
