Your mission

Boardwise is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company based in Hamburg, Germany, operating fully remote across Europe. Our platform empowers board offices and leadership teams of large organisations to manage meetings and decisions more effectively, securely, and transparently. We work with well-known enterprise clients such as Würth Group, VW Financial Services, E.ON, and ProSiebenSat.1, and are now expanding our footprint in the UK. To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a UK-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s excited about building strong outbound pipelines, opening strategic conversations, and driving early-stage opportunities in the UK market.
As our SDR for the UK market, you’ll be at the forefront of our outbound sales motion – identifying key accounts, initiating first conversations, and shaping our go-to-market strategy in the UK alongside our Enterprise Sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and researching ideal target companies and key decision-makers (e.g., CISOs, Board Secretaries, Chief of Staff)
  • Running structured outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone and video
  • Generating qualified meetings and passing on opportunities to Account Executives
  • Following up with inbound leads and event contacts (e.g., conferences, webinars)
  • Managing and updating lead data in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Testing and optimising outreach messaging and workflows in close collaboration with Marketing & Sales
  • Representing Boardwise with curiosity, confidence, and professionalism in every interaction

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting with a structured, KPI-driven approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – fluent English (C2) is a must
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar outreach/CRM platforms
  • A curious mindset combined with resilience and proactivity – you're not afraid to pick up the phone and try new approaches
  • Ideally, you've already mentored junior colleagues, contributed to improving sales processes, or taken ownership in fast-paced teams
  • Based in the UK or a UK-friendly time zone (GMT/BST)
  • Bonus: Experience or strong interest in the legal, board operations, or compliance space

Why us?

  • A high-impact sales role in a fast-growing SaaS startup
  • Close collaboration with experienced Account Executives and leadership
  • A modern tool stack to support your success (e.g., HubSpot, SalesLoft, Lusha, Lavender)
  • A fully remote-first setup with flexibility and trust at its core
  • Regular team offsites and workations (Lisbon, Berlin, Mallorca, etc.)
  • A friendly, supportive, and ambitious international team
  • Transparent compensation and personal development opportunities
