We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical / Building Services Engineer with 8–10 years of proven expertise in building services design for international projects. The role involves leading the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for high-profile buildings, ensuring compliance with global standards, local regulations, and sustainability best practices. The successful candidate will mentor junior engineers, manage complex design projects, and interact with international clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of building services systems including: HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection Energy efficiency and sustainable building systems Prepare detailed design documentation, specifications, and schedules. Review and approve technical submissions from junior engineers. Ensure coordination with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines. Project Management Manage multiple building design projects from concept through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
