Company Description: Part‑Time, Fractional & Interim CEOs, MDs, NEDs; real‑world Advisors who have scaled businesses. Boardroom Advisors is a team of part‑time people working hard to help Scale‑ups and SMEs succeed. We want our Regional Directors and Advisors to achieve the life/work balance they’ve always wanted. If you are an experienced business person who has run your own company and has experience of being a Consultant or Board Advisor, then we want to talk to you.
Directors get the opportunity to run their own region as an Associate, building their team of Advisors, potential partners and clients. You do not have to do this full time; most Regional Directors work 2‑3 days per week alongside their own company. In return you help build a business and share in its future – the plan is for the business to be owned by the senior people in the company in a 5‑6 year period, probably as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) or similar. Directors operate as an Associate, running their own region. The role is a mix of business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management and customer service – but you must be able to sell.
We already have over 150 very senior Advisors throughout the UK who can act as part‑time Operations, Commercial or Managing Directors, or Non‑Executive Directors. Regional Directors can also be Advisors if they wish. We are looking for Regional Directors in several areas of the UK, especially London, East Midlands and Scotland.

- Represent Boardroom Advisors at networking events, conferences and client meetings.
- Create and execute a regional growth plan aligned with corporate strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as the founder or senior executive of a business.
- Experience as a Consultant or Board Advisor.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
Work Pattern & Compensation: Part‑time, 15‑25 hours per week. Job Types: Part‑time, Contract, Permanent. Earning potential: £50,000.00 – £100,000.00 per year.
Background: The company was founded by John G. Courtney, who has started seven of his own businesses and has been highly ranked on the Top 100 Entrepreneur’s List collated by City AM.
