The predicted salary is between 14 - 14 £ per hour.
This is a Kickstart role on national minimum wage.
You will learn how to publish interesting content focused on business topics across our website, social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter), and guest posting opportunities in order to drive traffic and leads for the business. You will learn how to measure the success of published content and how to improve it so that it is attractive to the target audience and optimised for search engines.
You will already know how to write articles in a business style, but this will teach you how to maximise the return on your writing to make you a more valuable business writer.
The role involves writing content for the business - articles, blogs, social media posts, eBooks, and guest posts (which are articles to be published on external sites).
You will need to be able to:
- Conduct research as necessary to inform the articles
- Source appropriate images for the articles
- Publish to the WordPress website (training will be given)
- Write and submit guest posts following submission guidelines
This will be desk-based, working on a laptop. We do not have an office and we are all working from home, so this will be a home-based position with support provided via Zoom meetings.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
- Experience of writing for business purposes e.g. writing articles, maintaining a blog.
- Degree educated is desired but not essential if there is sufficient experience of writing.
- Must love writing!
- Must also have experience and interest in writing in an engaging way for a business audience.
