Boardrm is looking for a Marketing Manager to join ourfast-growing business.

This job is based at our office in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company's marketing strategy, withthe aim of increasing brand awareness and delivering campaigns for selectedclients.

Responsibilities

  • · Develop and manage the Marketing Plan
  • · Be the Brand Manager and develop a strong brandawareness through all communications
  • · Manage our creative team with a flexible, modernattitude
  • · Developing Social Media strategies includingcontent, adverts and growth
  • · Budgeting for and monitoring social mediacampaigns
  • · Measuring and optimising digital marketingcampaigns
  • · Creating content calendars for all communicationsuch as email, blog, website and social media, including Facebook, Instagramand Linked In
  • · Increase social media engagement and websitevisits
  • · Support content creation by providing SEOinsights
  • · Create original creative campaigns that alignwith Sales and PR plans
  • · Carry out marketing activities to generateawareness of our products and services
  • · Plan and execute events in conjunction with Sales
  • · Report to the Operations Manager and collaboratewith all departments, particularly Sales and Development
  • Preferred skills/qualifications/experience
  • · Minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • · Proven track record of performance within socialmedia marketing
  • · Strong understanding of social media analyticsand Google stats
  • · Experience using email marketing software andproven track record of success in engagement and of increasing subscriptions tomailing lists
  • · Strong editing and proof-reading skills
  • · Experience leading creative projects, includingvideo production for podcasts and vlogs
  • · Experience working in the recruitment sector

We are looking for someone who has the experience, whetheragency or in-house, that can demonstrate a proven track record of deliveringgreat ROIs within the marketing department.
