We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our team.

Role Responsibilities
- Claims Management: Checking claims submitted by the sites and ensuring they meet manufacturer standards.
- Warranty Submissions: Submitting warranty claims and assisting the Accounts department with the reconciliation of warranty payments.
- Rejected Claims: Handling and resolving rejected warranty claims.
- Multi-Site Responsibility: Managing warranty submissions for multiple Volkswagen, Seat, and Skoda sites.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Previous experience in the motor industry, particularly in warranty or service roles, is desirable.
- Skills: Familiarity with Kerridge is beneficial. Candidates should be organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to work within specified guidelines.
