We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Claims Management: Checking claims submitted by the sites and ensuring they meet manufacturer standards.
  • Warranty Submissions: Submitting warranty claims and assisting the Accounts department with the reconciliation of warranty payments.
  • Rejected Claims: Handling and resolving rejected warranty claims.
  • Multi-Site Responsibility: Managing warranty submissions for multiple Volkswagen, Seat, and Skoda sites.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Previous experience in the motor industry, particularly in warranty or service roles, is desirable.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Kerridge is beneficial. Candidates should be organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to work within specified guidelines.
