We’re looking for passionate and skilled Vehicle Technicians to join our welcoming team at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or looking to grow your career, we’ll support you every step of the way.

What we offer:

• Salary: £28,000 – £38,600 basic, depending on your skills and experience
• Additional bonus based on performance
• Saturday overtime pay
• £2,000 sign-on bonus (£1,000 in month one + £1,000 in month 13)

About the role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key part in keeping our customers on the road. From routine servicing to complex diagnostics and repairs, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will make a real impact. You\’ll be supported by a team that values collaboration, trust, and quality.

Roles and pay brackets include:

• Prep Technician – up to £35,000
• Service & Maintenance Technician + MOT – up to £36,200
• Service & Diagnostic Technician + MOT – up to £38,600

What you’ll need:

• Level 2 or 3 Automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Experience in a vehicle technician role
• Your own toolkit
• Full UK driving licence
