Do you have a network in a startup ecosystem — and want to build something commercial on top of it? Boardio is looking for Commercial Partners to own our growth in specific markets and verticals. Boardio connects growth companies with experienced advisors and board members. We have 11,000+ advisors across 110 countries, a live product, and paying customers. What we need now is people who can open doors we can't reach from Helsinki — and who want to own a territory while doing it.
What you own:
- A defined geography or vertical — yours to build, not shared with anyone else
- Relationships with founders, investors, accelerators, and startup ecosystem players in your market
- The full acquisition funnel from first conversation to signed client
- Your own playbook — we give you the product, brand, and support; you decide how to activate your network
What Boardio provides:
- A product that sells itself — €890 flat fee, low friction, no long sales cycle
- Full advisor search fulfilment once a company signs up — you don't do the matching
- Marketing materials, onboarding support, and a named contact at Boardio
- A brand already known in the markets you'll be working in
What's in it for you:
- 50% revenue share from day one — €445 per deal closed
- At 5 deals/month: ~€2,225 — at 10 deals/month: ~€4,450
- Upgrade to Regional Director after your first three signed clients — share increases to 70% (€623 per deal)
- At 5 deals/month as Regional Director: ~€3,100 — at 10 deals/month: ~€6,200
- No ceiling — the territory is yours to build as large as you want
- Total flexibility — part-time, remote, your own schedule, your own approach
Who this is for:
- You already have relationships in startup ecosystems, accelerator networks, or investor communities — and you know how to activate them commercially
- You're entrepreneurial and comfortable with variable income, motivated by building something in your own territory
- You're looking for a commercial role that fits around other work, not a full-time employed position
- Background in business development, ecosystem building, or early-stage startups is a strong fit
This role is fully remote and open globally. We're actively looking for partners in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.
