Job Title: Transport Administrator (Rotating shifts) Location: Coalville Salary: £26,790 per year Job type: Permanent, Full time Board24 is growing and industry-leading sheet board manufacturer. We strive to put our people, our customers and the environment at the centre of everything we do. We have an excellent opportunity for a PTransport Administrator to join our team. The Role: The successful candidate will be required to book deliveries and plan loads to maximise load fill and delivery slots. Hours of work will be 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating shift basis. Shift times are 5.30am to 1.30pm and 1.30pm to 9.30pm. Key Responsibilities include: * Effective customer liaison * Efficient planning to maximise load fill and delivery slots * Optimising customer on time in full (OTIF) expectancy * Booking deliveries with customers * Efficient processing and checking of delivery invoices. * Working co-operatively with other departments within the business * Liaison with the haulier for effective transport planning of 40 to 60 loads per day Candidate Requirements: * Confident communicator * Attention to detail * Conscientious * Good Maths and English ideally to GCSE standard * Familiarity with Microsoft packages essentially Outlook, Word and Excel More about us: Operating across three locations in England and Scotland, Board24 have been manufacturing corrugated sheet board for over 30 years.
