We are seeking a strategic and passionate Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Retail Planning Solution. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver value to our customers. You will play a critical role in shaping how retailers and brands optimize inventory, forecasting, and assortment planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and evolve retail planning solutions by configuring core platform capabilities into coherent, functionally sound offerings aligned with market expectations and best-practice user journeys.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
  • Conduct market analysis and engage with retail clients to deeply understand planning processes, pain points, and emerging needs across merchandising and supply chain planning domains.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on retail planning processes, advising internal teams and clients on solution fit and expected outcomes.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to support messaging, positioning, and enablement materials that clearly articulate the value of the planning solutions.
  • Stay informed about retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Continuously refine the solution offering based on market feedback, client insights, and evolving industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience working within a software company developing or implementing planning solutions, with a strong focus on retail merchandise and/or supply chain planning.
  • Demonstrated success in a Product Management role, ideally leading the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise planning solutions for the retail sector.
  • Deep understanding of retail business processes, particularly in merchandising, assortment planning, demand forecasting, and/or supply chain operations.
  • Experience engaging with retail clients and internal stakeholders to define product requirements, translate business needs into product features, and drive solution adoption.
  • Previous hands-on experience as a practitioner in retail merchandising or supply chain planning is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based enterprise software and agile product development methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
