We are seeking a highly collaborative and commercially minded Partner Success Manager to support and grow our partner ecosystem across Northern Europe. This role is focused on driving partner enablement and partner health, ensuring our strategic and regional partners are equipped to successfully position, implement, and deliver Board solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with operational rigor and a passion for partner development. You will work closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Partner teams to ensure partners are enabled, certified, engaged, and consistently delivering high-quality customer outcomes. This role plays a critical part in scaling partner capabilities, increasing partner maturity, and supporting sustainable regional growth.
Your Impact
- Partner Enablement & Capability Development
- Develop and execute enablement plans for partner organizations across Sales, Presales, and Delivery functions.
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing partners.
- Drive adoption of partner enablement resources, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans to improve partner effectiveness.
- Support partners in developing scalable delivery and solution capabilities aligned with Board standards.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver workshops, enablement sessions, and certification preparation.
- Partner Health & Governance
- Monitor overall partner health across the Northern Europe ecosystem, including certifications, delivery quality, utilization, and engagement levels.
- Track partner readiness and compliance against agreed competency frameworks and program requirements.
- Review project delivery performance and proactively identify risks or escalation points.
- Partner with Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure high-quality implementation outcomes.
- Maintain visibility into partner certifications and support partners in achieving and renewing required accreditations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with strategic partners to assess performance, maturity, and growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales teams to align partner capabilities with market opportunities and pipeline needs.
- Support Presales alignment to ensure partners can effectively position and demonstrate Board solutions.
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Delivery teams to improve implementation consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor and operational point of contact for regional partners.
- Program & Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate partner health metrics, reporting, and governance documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of partner programs, processes, and enablement frameworks.
- Help define regional partner success KPIs and monitor progress against targets.
- Support strategic partner planning initiatives and ecosystem expansion efforts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Channel Enablement, Partner Operations, Customer Success, or related roles within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Experience working with partner ecosystems, system integrators, consulting firms, or channel organizations.
- Strong understanding of enablement methodologies across Sales, Presales, and Delivery functions.
- Experience monitoring partner performance, certifications, and delivery quality metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Willingness to travel across Northern Europe as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Analytics, Planning, or SaaS technology environments.
- Familiarity with partner program structures and certification frameworks.
- Experience supporting implementation partners or consulting organizations.
- Additional European language skills are advantageous.
