Responsibilities
- Take charge of a high-value group of clients, consistently exceeding your Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align client objectives with our solutions; expanding relationships and maximising share of wallet.
- Develop deep partnerships from Company Secretary to Board level, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Host and facilitate workshops, forums, and executive events that showcase Board Intelligence\’s thought leadership and impact.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to represent client needs and influence our roadmap.
- Monitor product adoption and engagement, identifying where we can add value or unlock new revenue streams.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, governance developments, and competitor activity to inform your strategy and drive growth. You\’ll work with the world\’s leading corporate service providers, helping them deliver smarter governance and better decisions.

- A proven track record managing strategic or enterprise accounts in corporate services, SaaS, or financial services.
- Experience driving NRR and ARR growth, with commercial results to match.
- Strong commercial instincts; you know how to identify, negotiate, and close complex renewals and expansions.
- Exceptional relationship skills with the credibility to engage at C-suite and Board level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; persuasive, confident, and commercially astute.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex client environments with trust and tact.
- Experience managing a £1m+ ARR portfolio, ideally within the corporate services market.
- Understanding of corporate governance, board reporting, or leadership decision-making processes.
- Comfortable hosting or speaking at client events or industry forums to represent the brand and drive engagement.
- Willingness to travel.
