The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised student to support our Global Managing Director, Board Development on a part‑time basis. This is a flexible role, working two days per week or the equivalent in half‑days, designed to fit around your studies. Based in London, you will provide hands‑on executive and administrative support, helping to keep communications, scheduling, and program logistics running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage diary and scheduling, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the Global Managing Director
- Prepare materials, agendas, and briefing notes ahead of meetings
- Organise travel and logistics as required
- Support the coordination of board development programme activities, including scheduling sessions and managing participant communications
- Assist with onboarding of new participants and ensure they have what they need
- Help maintain shared resources, trackers, and communication channels
- Assist with post‑session follow up, including circulating materials and actions
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative support across projects as priorities shift
- Work closely with a small global team, including colleagues in different time zones
- Take initiative to improve processes and flag issues early
What We Are Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a university degree programme, in any discipline
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication in English
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
- Reliable, responsive, and easy to work with
