Responsibilities
- Design, build and ship features across the full stack for AI-powered products
- Collaborate with clients and product colleagues to understand needs and craft solutions
- Own technical design of complex system components and scale architecture
- Develop with AI tooling like Claude Code while maintaining quality
- Balance speed with security, reliability and data protection for enterprise clients
- Contribute to engineering processes, including code review and knowledge sharing
Key requirements
- Upper mid-level to senior software engineering experience
- Full-stack proficiency and adaptability to build required solutions
- Strong TypeScript; backend experience in Java or C#
- System design experience, ideally as lead architect
- Experience coding with AI tools such as Claude Code
- Experience translating client needs into well-designed solutions
- Experience owning end-to-end problems with enterprise considerations
