Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career and grow your client portfolio in line with our upcoming expansion in England? Your mission is to sell our exclusive board training programme, Board Certificate, to English executives and business leaders. You will play a key role in shaping the foundation of Board Company’s reputation and growth in England. Our clients are top executives who are either board members or aspire to become one. You will meet them with expert advice and a high level of professionalism.

Our goal is simple. We want to improve board work in European countries by giving board members the tools they need to succeed. We achieve this through our exclusive board training programmes, completed by over 10,000 executives and board members across the European business sector.

We are a Danish company with branches in Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France, making us an internationally recognized provider of board education.

Your primary task will be to ensure a consistent intake of participants for our exclusive board training programme, Board Certificate, in the English market. You will accomplish this by working with qualified inbound and outbound leads provided by our marketing and research team. You will contact these leads via phone and email, offering professional and detailed advice about our board training program. You will need to excel in a brief and consultative sales process that requires a high level of expertise.

Join us at an exciting time as we establish and expand our presence in England. Supported by a dedicated team of skilled colleagues in Copenhagen, you’ll have the resources and insights to succeed. We’re committed to your growth too—with an attractive base salary, commission, ongoing sales coaching, and the chance to play an integral part in establishing Board Company as a trusted leader in board education in England.

We will get to know you as a self-driven colleague with a winning mindset, capable of maintaining a clear overview of your pipeline, consistently providing accurate information, and following up with clients—to ensure they experience our professionalism. Additionally, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Has proven experience in B2B sales
  • Has experience selling to business leaders
  • Has an interest in the English business landscape, particularly within the networking and education sectors

If you have questions about the position, feel free to contact CEO Anders Rønnov-Jessen at +45 5353 9000. Please send your application and CV via LinkedIn or to ar@board.dk as soon as possible. We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis.
