- Experience of leading or overseeing complex operations in a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of how operational resilience, technology, controls, outsourcing, and service delivery work in practice.
- Strong understanding of operational resilience, technology, cyber, controls, outsourcing, and service delivery.
Understanding of the Broader Environment
- Understanding of how Government and other important stakeholders function.
- Sound governance instincts, independent judgement, and the ability to contribute at Board and Committee level.
Culture
- Ability to challenge management in an engaged, constructive, and informed fashion.
Stakeholder Management
- Proven track record of senior stakeholder management, including working with executive teams, regulators, Government, and delivery partners.
