As a Sales Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and our top tier partners like Uber Eats and Toast. You will help scope and run pilots, support integrations and implementations, and make sure customer feedback turns into the right product and data improvements. This is a role for someone who is technical enough to dive into APIs and data, and commercial enough to sit with senior stakeholders and keep projects moving.
What You'll Do- Partner with enterprise customers on pilots and early deployments
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and integration planning
- Translate messy partner data needs into concrete API and data feed requirements
- Support implementation work across APIs, data feeds, and CRM connections
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and data teams on requirements and scope
- Translate customer needs into clear tickets, specs, and follow ups
- Build and maintain demo environments, sample data sets, and playbooks
- Help design and track pilot success metrics and reporting views
- Collect structured feedback from users and stakeholders during pilots
- Troubleshoot issues across data, configuration, and integrations
- Provide input into roadmap based on real customer use and impact

- Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role
- Worked with API integrations, data operations, and automation through scripting or SQL
- Comfortable debugging APIs, security, and data flows
- Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical partners
- Able to run discovery, ask good questions, and map needs to solutions
- Experience with B2B SaaS, data products, or analytics platforms
