Position: Senior Occupational Therapist – North East
Care home: Hylton Grange, Tees Grange & Tyne Grange
Location: Covering 3 homes within the NE (Sunderland, Stockton-on-Tees, and Newcastle Upon Tyne)
Contract type: Full time – 40 hours per week
Rate: Up to £40,000 per annum

About The Role
Our Occupational Therapists provide specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses, and interventions to help people overcome challenges with daily tasks and activities.
You will work as part of a wider Clinical Team to create person-centred care and rehabilitation plans that maintain and build abilities, support goals, and evaluate outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
- working alongside the people we support, their loved ones, and professionals to develop and deliver person-centred occupational therapy interventions
- collaborating closely with the Therapy Team (Physiotherapist, Therapy Assistant, and Activities Coordinators)
- being responsible for a clinical caseload
- carrying out assessments
- maintaining accurate records
- promoting choice, dignity, and independence

About You
