This role will focus on supporting data management and analytics across the EMEA FCC Regulatory Reporting and Risk Assessment Process. This role is located in Manchester – hybrid (4 days in office per week).The role supports our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) programme.ResponsibilitiesEMEA FCC Regulatory ReportingAssist in the compilation of data and responses for the Annual FCC reporting for the EMEA Legal EntitiesPerform data validation, reconciliation, and completeness checks across reporting outputsSupport the production of recurring EMEA FCC reports through structured data preparationMaintain and enhance data trackers and reporting templates used across EMEA FCCSupport development (through submission of business requirements) of repeatable and scalable reporting solutionsContribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, consistency, and auditability of EMEA FCC regulatory reportingIdentify, document and track data quality issuesWork with the central Risk & Compliance Analytics and Reporting team to resolve data quality issuesFCC Risk AssessmentSupport data collection and preparation for FCC Risk Assessments across AML, Sanctions, ABC and other themesPerform data quality checks and validation on risk assessment inputs and scoring outputsWork with Risk & Compliance Analytics and Reporting team to validate metrics and enhance automation opportunities within the assessment processTrack and support remediation of data-related issues identified during assessmentsKey Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in data analysis / large data handling within financial services or complianceAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation)Experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python) will be desirableUnderstanding of data governance, data quality, and controlsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with large and complex datasetsAbility to translate data outputs into clear, structured reporting outputsAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
