We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Product Manager – Multicurrency Accounts to join our Global Payments & Trade SmartPay Global Product Management team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • To help define and refine the product strategy for multicurrency accounts, including value proposition and long-term roadmap.
  • Help drive adoption, revenue growth, and cost efficiency.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure robust documentation and controls.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across Operations, Sales and Client Service.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Payments experience, including VP-level accountability for complex financial products or platforms.
  • Proven experience in transaction banking and at least one of: multicurrency accounts or cross-border payments.
  • Understanding of agile product delivery.
  • Experience working with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Control teams and with working with Client Service and Relationship Teams to resolve client issues.
  • Ownership mindset.
  • Curiosity and continuous improvement orientation; comfortable challenging the status quo.
