BNY is looking for a seasoned Product Management Vice President to shape and execute a comprehensive product strategy at the executive level that aligns with evolving market trends and client expectations. This role involves spearheading the Product Practice, Executive Committees, and Segment Reviews while driving a cultural shift from bespoke solutions to scalable customization, fostering innovation, efficiency and enhanced client satisfaction. This role is located in London.
Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize product opportunities, create business cases, and manage investment decisions.

- Translate the strategic vision into a gameplan and mobilize teams for execution to drive implementation of new and evolved product solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, market analysis and client feedback to inform product development and innovation.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous learning across the product organization.
Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in product strategy development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of market trends, client needs and business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Prior experience in a product‑led organization preferred.
