We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Coverage to join the BNY Investments team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of institutional clients, building relationships and growing revenue through retention and cross‑sell.
  • Act as primary contact for clients, handling queries, issues and ongoing engagement.
  • Work with internal teams (product, service, legal, compliance) to deliver solutions and execute client activity.
  • Identify new business opportunities based on client needs and market awareness.
  • Support the full sales lifecycle including account planning, deal structuring and maintaining accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years’ experience in asset management, banking or related client‑facing roles.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships in an institutional environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, products and client requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess opportunities and support commercial decisions.
