Location: Manchester.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and maintaining member records, and issuing welcome information
  • Processing contributions accurately and on time
  • Calculating and processing pension benefits
  • Paying benefits via payroll systems and monitoring ongoing pension cases
  • Completing bank reconciliations and managing payment processing
  • Calculating death benefits
  • Supporting annual activities and projects, including tax code uplifts, regulatory reporting, and residency tax status updates

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • A calm, positive approach, even under pressure
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Essential pension qualifications and/or demonstrable pensions experience
