Job Description We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, WS Operations Strategy to join our Total Wealth Services Operations team.

This role is located in Manchester, UK.

In this role you’ll make an impact by managing strategic and tactical initiatives that enable the team to achieve success.

You will lead the Servicing Group’s mandate for client asset movement transactions involving cash and securities, focusing on risk management, compliance, and quality assurance.

The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to drive process excellence and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities Develop, improve, and implement policies and processes to maintain and exceed product/service quality standards.

Identify, champion, and drive process improvements to enhance stakeholder experience and operational efficiency.

Lead, recruit, motivate, and develop team members to maximize individual performance and foster effective collaboration.

Provide training and guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Manage high-volume, highly visible tasks collaboratively within the team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Extensive total work experience, including several years in management.

Prior demonstrated leadership and strategic planning experience.

Solid understanding and hands‑on use of automation and AI tools.

Experience using Microsoft Office.
