We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Markets – Buy‑Side Trading Solutions team in London.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to our product strategy and roadmap for the Outsourced Trading solution across equities and cash fixed income, with additional coverage for FX, futures, and cleared derivatives.
  • Design operating model and system capabilities to deliver product excellence spanning client OMS/EMS integration, client onboarding, venue/broker connectivity, trade routing and internal and client analytics and reporting.
  • Partner with Operations to deliver post‑trade capabilities and support operational resiliency.
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal and Risk to include UK/EU regulatory requirements and controls into the product.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to run client discovery, support RFPs and be the voice of the product.
  • Translate client feedback together with market and competitor insights into clear priorities and a measurable delivery plan.
  • Write detailed requirements, run discovery sessions with business analysts and engineering, and lead UAT and go‑live readiness.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of equities and cash fixed income trading and post‑trade workflows and systems, with a solid working knowledge of FX and listed/cleared derivatives.
  • Experience gained by working in the business directly, in a relevant software provider in a product management role, or a strategy consultancy focused on this space.
  • Familiarity with MiFID transaction/trade reporting requirements, best‑execution and surveillance principles.
  • Owner’s mentality, high urgency, strong judgment, and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a small team.
  • Strong discovery requirement analysis skills and a flexible, agile mentality together with excellent documentation and stakeholder management across Front Office, Ops, Tech, Compliance, and Legal.
  • Ability to independently manage workload while also aligning with delivery of group goals and initiatives.
  • Systems and technology literacy to communicate purpose, design, operating and data model requirements.
