We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, CASS and Governance Manager to join our UK TRANSFER AGENCY OPERATIONS team. This role is located in MANCHESTER.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the controls function with accountability for governance and oversight, breach management, and the production of management information and KPI reporting.
- Own the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the CASS control framework; provide guidance to staff and clients to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Accountable for internal governance reporting, including submissions to the UK legal entity, and for presenting business line performance at governance forums; cover KPIs/ORLs and escalate non-green indicators appropriately.
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of internal and external audit programs, encompassing CASS audits, ISAE 3402 reviews, and compliance monitoring, with effective tracking and remediation of findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- CASS experience preferred.
